Dr. Colm Mac Eochagain

Dr. Colm Mac Eochagain is a locum consultant oncologist and Aspire Clinical Fellow in geriatric oncology at St. James’s Hospital, Dublin. He completed his undergraduate degree in medicine and MSc in clinical research at UCD, followed by specialty training through the Royal College of Physicians in Ireland.

He undertook a fellowship at the Royal Marsden Hospital London, where his clinical and research focus was primarily on the care of older patients with breast cancer. He leads research collaborations through the International Society of Geriatric Oncology (SIOG) and educational initiatives in geriatric oncology with the British Geriatric Society (BGS).
